ORDERING instructions

1. Letterman coats not in stock can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive in our store. 

2. All letterman coats must be paid for in full before we order them. Also before we start to do any work on them.

3. Letterman coats are customized and ordered to your liking, therefore they are not refundable nor can you exchange them. 

4. You can purchase a letterman coat that is currently on our website.

5. You can design a letterman coat that is not on the website. (To do so, please email us at geminizcreationz@gmail.com or call us at 209-322-2687)

6. We provide all the numbers, name on back and front, custom artwork and designs, and so much more for your letterman coats. 

1. We can order the garments for you.

2. You can bring us the garments. If you bring in the garments we are not responsible for any damage made to the garments. 

1. Our standard turn around time is 7-14 days, upon us recieving the garments and needed materials. 

2. We do offer RUSH services for a fee.

*2-3 days $45-up

*4-6 days $29-up

*Fees varies depending on the work and services needed. Do not let the fees stop you from checking in with us, we do have a heart.
